*** IMPORTANT ***

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR APPROVED CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT YOU MUST PROVIDE THE CHANNELS AND FREQUENCIES YOUR RADIOS SUPPORT

Due to the limited open spectrum in the two-way radio band, all radios brought into the festival must be coordinated and cleared to eliminate any interference with festival production as well as emergency services.

Each submission will be assigned one radio channel to use while at the festival. If your act requires a higher channel count, please request additional channels in the comment section of this form. Approved channel counts higher than one will be granted if no conflicts are found.

The use of any all-call channels is prohibited.
